Wednesday taking a cab to Nikki Beach in Miami:
CAB DRIVER: (thick Hatian accent) So how are you guys enjoying PARADISE?!
My friend MATT: Uh actually PARADISE is in Los Angeles sir.
The guy spent the rest of the cab ride trying to sell us on Miami.
CAB DRIVER: We have the beautiful women, the beautiful flowers with the big melons!
MATT: Absolutely beautiful buddy, until they open their mouths...

Are you seriously gonna charge 75$ at the door of Sunday School for people to go in and essentially listen to amazing artists at a volume riviling my MacBook's speakers? The Standard here in LA has rooftop parties every Sunday till 8-9-10pm and theres never any ing issues...
I had a great time there last week, because of the people I was with and the friends I made and the friendships I expanded on, but god damn I'm glad to be back home... |
dude how can you say that when you've only been there during wmc? lol it's like a completely different town during wmc. all the prices are doubled, the douchebagness/crackheadness is doubled, the difficulty level of getting in clubs/parties is doubled...you get my point. there's ton to do in miami outside of just south beach. there are still douchebags though, i won't lie.
and LOL at your friend being from L.A. and saying the chicks in miami are hot until they open their mouths. like it's any differen't there. |

Having been to and partied in both Miami and LA.. well.. lets just say I'm going to WMC next year and I'm never planning on going back west.
Either way.. the US.. I can't wait to move back to Toronto. |

| i actually loved Miami way more this time than i did back in 2006, but i think that had more to do with the parties i went to and the people i was with. it's really all about what you make it... no matter where you are. |

I didn't formulate my opinion on collins avenue buddy, I mean every single person I interacted with in the whole ing city.
And yes, the chicks in LA are more interesting. It's a ing fact. |

| Been to L.A. a few times. It's far from paradise... the dirtbag scum factor isn't much different from Miami. The best places IMO around that area are outside of the L.A. city limits by the beaches and . But there are more hot bitches in L.A. for the simple fact that every wannabe model and actress is there... Miami has more exotic chicks, L.A. more hot ones. |

definitely. that's evident by the massive number of David Wright jersys. That place is overpopulated by juiced up Jersey Shore and Brooklyn guidos/jabronis. This was the first year I didn't go since 2004... I'd much rather go down there when it's NOT WMC from now on. |
