This thread will be a ing nightmare. Paul Oakenfold? Has he ever made a track without an engineer doing half the work for him? Jesus Christ.
I can already see what this thread will become: people listing their favourite producers, with the occasional concession to historical context. It's absolutely impossible to make this kind of decision. |

You're probably right. People are amazingly retarded when it comes to things like this.
I nominate Simon Posford.
Even though I only like about 6-8 of his tracks, I also have massive respect for Anders Trentemoller, though I think he's many years off being in the same league as the true greats. |
