it's a good movie but not as good as they made it out to be..
the reader was a much more powerful and a moving movie imo |

i wonder what would happen if one of the cast members passed away. they probably would have one 2 extra awards. then they really would have cleaned up. |

I am not sure if you are making reference to Heath but he deserved best supporting actor hands down. Oh and Slumdog was excellent as well. |

there have been far better Indian movies in English made in the past that have never been nominated for oscars..
there is no such thing as million in India..lol
you have lakhs and crores which is a different numbering system
and there was a reality game show that existed based on Who Wants to be a Millionaire called "Kaun Banega Crorepati?"
(crore being a value of 10 million)
The talent was really the kids they picked to play the younger roles... |
