Really? Because there were at least three initiatives that were never even mentioned on the campaign, and several that I had pegged as abandoned long before Nov. 4.

Though de Tocqueville was remarkably brilliant, some could say that Congress has just discovered that it needs to stop bribing powerful lobbies (Wall Street, rich people, agribusiness) with the public's money. |
