Im sure this brat merited some form of punishment for whatever it is she did but wtf...why didn't the cops just restrain her?? She would've probably been thrown into juvi and had time to reflect on her stupidity..now as a result of this beating, a judge somewhere will feel sorry for her and punish the cops instead of the real wrongdoer.

Kids walk around these days like they're invincible. They mouth off and disrespect cops and other authority figures, then when they get their ass beat like they deserve, a bunch of panzy ass bitches start up with "Ooooohh, poor 15 year old girrrrrl." the girl! If she'd acted calmly and cooperated, she wouldn't have had her ass kicked. It's not like he caused any permanent or serious damage, all she has to show for it are a couple of cuts and bruises at worst. That's nothing.
