Those were pigs indeed. No ifs and's or buts...
Id say most officers wouldn't do anything like this, their out for the good of society but u know...rotten apples and some anger control issues lead to like this.
Be it the girl throw a show or punch, the officer cannot let emotion drive him as he was beating the out of her, he could have easily grabbed her, pinned her and cuffed her without all the brutality. |

Hey, is it possible to play both sides of the fence here?
I hope the cop gets punished for assaulting the girl, but I also think she deserved it.
I understand he stepped over the line and shouldn't have reacted that way. But I'm also glad the stupid brat got what was comin to her. You don't get the beat out of you if you respect those who are in a position of authority.
Kids walk around these days like they're invincible. They mouth off and disrespect cops and other authority figures, then when they get their ass beat like they deserve, a bunch of panzy ass bitches start up with "Ooooohh, poor 15 year old girrrrrl." the girl! If she'd acted calmly and cooperated, she wouldn't have had her ass kicked. It's not like he caused any permanent or serious damage, all she has to show for it are a couple of cuts and bruises at worst. That's nothing. | See? This person knows. Yeah, it's horrible but I feel no remorse for someone acting out against authority. If they did this to a 25 year old make everyone would be saying " oh what a jerk, man deserved it blablabla" Child or no child, now maybe she'll behave. |

| As much as it seems that the cop used excessive force, I'd bet that the girl learned never to ever throw a temper tandrum at an authority figure. |

Amen to that one! I thought there were rigorous psychological tests cops had to go through and keep going through before being allowed on the force?
I don't care if that's a girl, guy 15 or 55 that was completely out of how he acted. |

That's assuming two things, using force will deter more acts of disobedience to authority and disciplining of the public is now in officer's job descriptions.
Normally, "discipline" be it a jail sentence, or a slap on the wrist, is up to a judge and not any officer. |

pain is nature's of telling you ed up
without all the sociological crap and role of cops and whatnot, would you do something again, if you recognize that doing the same thing will earn you more pain? |

So, would you say she got the right amount of "pain" in accordance to how much "authority bashing she did"? Maybe the officer was off at telling how much or how little, this is still of course assuming that physical pain infliction will in fact better the individual.
Could there have been another alternative disciplinary way of dealing with this young developing person? Could maybe the role of a judge of sorts decide with a calm and critical manner? |
