I am a big fan of just a sandwhich.....
chimera66
always i specifically cook every sunday and/or another odd days during the week for lunch. i prefer to a)know exactly what i'm eating b)save money and c)save time. i run errands during my lunch and/or work through it so no point in contending with lunchtime traffic in midtown. i made a delicious split pea soup late last night :D and last week my turkey meatloaf was ridiculous. i can throw down in the kitchen if i so desire.
Scottaculous
i gave myself a $40/month budget for eating out for lunch. not much so usually i eat left overs from dinner, but if there is none, i would eat campbell's healthy select soups with a sandwich or chef boyardee. like today! :D

I buy my lunch every day. The last thing I want when I get out of bed in the morning is to have to spend a few minutes making a ing sandwich - Those few minutes are much better spent hitting the snooze button one more time.

And the same goes for the night before. I have far more pressing matters such as watching TV and fondling my balls.

It's not that big of a deal day to day, but over time, that's 50 bucks a week, 200 bucks a month. That's money you could be spending on hookers and blow.

well not everyone makes minimum wage:p

In the U.K we have this place called greggs , which sells pastries , sandwiches , baguette sandwiches and sausage rolls. There is one pretty much in every decent sized town in the UK and tbh its the biggest boon to the lazy bastard luncher ever.

Fookin hell you have to try it.

Mrs. Hazard will usually cook me something I can reheat the next day for lunch... it's part of her job.

I bring my own lunch majority of the time. I'll eat out 1 a week maybe. It's much healthier to bring your own food, and it's way cheaper, regardless of how much you make.

Maybe if you ate out more often you'd have a GF to make lunch for you
