So every fiscally responsible person who brings their lunch apparently makes minimum wage? |

| i live close enough to work so that i can drive home if i want to (it's like a 10 minute drive) so i do that a lot and make a sandwich or something leftover from dinner. if i eat out at lunch it's usually healthy (sandwich/sub or a chicken salad). i have the occasional pizza or fast food though for lunch...i really try to avoid fast food i only do that like once a month...or sometimes i go like 3 months without it. |

nah, it's not her fault, she brings lunch to work.
I never eat the same meal twice, i never reheat stuff.
Your food from home isn't free anyways, 10 bucks minus whatever that cost is well worth going outside of the office and having a meal, its a change of pace, a breath of fresh air. Money isn't everything you know :) |

| Ah man...there were so many tempting goodies at the hospital today. . This whole discipline thing sucks. I'm really looking forward to stuffing my face with cake/cookies/whatever on my cheat day, lol. I'm gonna get the bf to take me out to dinner. :o :o |

I live 15 minutes of driving away, but me if I'm wasting 30 extra minutes on sitting in a car! The fridge is much closer. There's also a giant supermarket across the street. As someone I know used to say, all the innovations in the world happen because of laziness - you are too lazy to do something, so you come up with a cool way to be more efficient. |

i normally try to bring lunch every day except for fridays when i have lunch dates with my friends at work. it's nice to reward ourselves at the end of the week and get out of the office for a bit.
i'm a big fan of sandwiches, soup & bread/crackers, leftover pasta, leftover thai take-out, frozen mac & cheese from Trader Joes, cheese and crackers with an apple, and salads.
i also keep a stockpile of nuts, granola, and tea at my desk for when i need an extra boost. |

Yeah I don't see what the big deal is. I set aside a few hours at the beginning of the week to make a lot of my meals, not just lunch.
My bf and friends were making fun of me for how I have everything all anally organized in my freezer. I individually bag marinated portions of beef, chicken, and fish when I buy all that at the grocery store. Then all I have to do is take it out the night before and grill or broil it or whatever. Saves so much ing time...I mean aside from the initial prep. :p
Making lunch in the morning is for suckers. :o |

| seriously. i barely have time to get dressed in the mornings. if i don't make my lunch the night before, i know i will either have to buy it or not eat. |

Sometimes I just pick out random items in the fridge until my lunchbox is full.
I end up with the weirdest combos, but I'm usually too hungry to care. |
