the audio editing and recording is laughable, hardware support is a joke, no auto pdc, no proper sidechaining and no proper multicore cpu support. oh, the developer is a knob too.

that reply of yours is really laughable :)
the Multicore section is perhaps correct but as every product...it not perfect...yet people are doing something about it.

i can tell u as a addicted FL User that what u wrote above is total bull.

i can tell you, as someone who used it from fruity loops 2.0 to fl studio 7, that it is not ;)

i bought cubase for all these reasons. i actually went to the hassle of learning an entirely new daw and paradigm, just because all those things are such a massive pain in the ass in fl. if they weren't, do you think i would have wasted so much time and money on cubase?

no offense here echosystm, but isnt Maor Levi signed? where's your music? It doesnt matter what DAW you use its the person behind the DAW that matters. You've bashed FL oh so much from time to time. But as said many times on this forum: EVERY DAW HAS ITS FLAWS. really it doesnt matter if you use FLStudio or Cubase or even Project 5 or Orion. It depends on your creativity and your ears. You can have the proclaimed "best" software, and the proclaimed "best" VSTs, but that does not mean that you will be any good at writing music at all. And considering I never see you post up music of your own im guessing thats just the case here...

p.s. Maor - Loved ur remix of Arnej's People Come People Go. Gets me everytime.

and for the record I was a FL user for 5 years and recently switched over to Ableton because I love its workflow but FL will always have a place in my <3

I noticed , that some plugins like z3ta and v-station really hates me , or maybe it hates fruity wrapper or my laptop.
It always crashes after a few minutes..

But one of the thing that had clinged me to FL so long was the extreme simplicity of this DAW. Everything is just so simple , so straight forward.

Someone had to say it...

Also, just an observation from my experience using new software; When you get a new plugin or sample pack or try a new DAW, you break the routine you are into, you work differently and this produces differnt and often interesting results (for me anyway) that plugin sample pack DAW, w/e maybe just as good as the other ones used previously, but since it's new forces new thinking therefore creativity. Perhaps this is the source for people misconstruing things as being better or worse than others?

Would be interesting if someone moved from cubase to FL and witness their realisation of that software.
