I think Aeron Aether is an issue, he turns out some toons. Some others not mentioned are Flack.Su, Neztic, Mesmer, Beta, Oracle ( I wish they released that mix of Planet Funk's 'Stop Me'). There are some others I am forgetting.
Another great song is Lifecycle's 'Pulse', it's really nice :)

That was the disc that changed my perception of progressive breaks. I couldn't get enough of that stuff after that. Reading this thread has made me nostalgic. So many tracks mentioned here that I listened too back then, as well as a lot I still have yet to check out. 03-05 were exciting times indeed for this genre.
Someone mentioned Abdomen Burst. I have one of their tracks, Morning Stars. When my friend played that to me a few months ago a flood of memories came pouring back.
