Definitly a great game. The Lakers had less turnovers, more rebounds, more assists and they still lost. If the Lakers don't use some duo of Gasol/ Odom fronting Yao with Bynum behind him, it's going to be a long series for them.
I just love the tenacity we played with throughout the entire game. I was also incredibly happy to see Barry finally get some playing time. Next to Battier hes probably our best post entry passer.
My prediction for the rest of the series is that we might get blown out next game in LA then trade games until game 7 where I think our toughness will grind out a win.
If last night is any barometer for Kobe in this series. He obviously feels he has something to prove against Artest and Battier's defense. I strongly believe that if hes shooting over 30 times a game, the Lakers cannot win this series. |

If Kobe keeps shooting like that he wont get anyone else involved. This works in our benefit. I like Battier on Kobe rather than Ron Ron for most of the game.
It's good to see Barry getting minutes. He takes extra passes sometimes when he has the open shots; just like Battier. Nevertheless I'm happy with the win last night. |

anyways, go rockets! if they win this game tonight, 90% chance they're going to the west conf finals against most likely the nuggets.
the nuggets look really good right now. it's not just because of billups, but now everyone is starting to contribute, like Nene, Andersen, and anthony carter. combine them with anthony's 20+ points, and billups leadership, and the nuggets can go a long way.
on top of that, they're playing without a fresh Kleiza, who really is looking fatigued from the tough offseason (training + olympics). Kleiza is a very good scorer. |

They all tag-teamed my boy Scola. First it was Lamar Odom, Ariza, Vujacic and then Fisher. (I'll throw in Crawford for not cleaning up the game early on)
If Dwight Howard got suspended for throwing that elbow against the 76'ers; so should Fisher. I know they will not suspend Kobe for his elbow since he can never do anything wrong in NBA. Can't believe Artest got kicked out for that . He didn't retaliate....
Anybody else see Rafer pimp SLAP that boy House. I still remember when Skip clowned that pu$sy Vujacic last season.
I better not see JOey Crawford referee another game in this series!
