it was pretty good... i need to know the name of a song armin played, but i don't know how to describe it, and i can't tell you what song it came after or before, cause i didn't know most of the songs he played. but i made a note of what time it came on, haha... so, if anyone else took note of it, the song i'm interested in came on at 5:20. i know its kinda vague, but it was a really good song if anyone knows it and could tell me, it'd be much appreciated.

time for church, i'll post my thoughts later, =P.

Didn't feel like going.. It's just Van Buuren anyways, he's not impressing me.

Will anyone give a proper review on this? What was he spinning? Wake up people! Let's go!!

First of all if you didnt go to this then anyone who is a tranceaddict missed out huge and i mean huge, for the simple fact that he proves once again that trance of all forms will never die, he played some new songs like the new remix of seven cities which was sweet, and also the marco v remix of cafe del mar another sick track, but he also played a lot of classic trance like planet perfecto-not over yet 99(Breeder mix),Push-strange world 2000 remix, pulser-cloudwalking,planisphere-moonshine,and of course Armin himself-Blue Fear which was unreal to hear in a club like that, then he played the more newer stuff like Midway-monkey forest, three drives-carrera 2,i think i remember misja helsoot-first second(ralphie B mix), and he also played Dj Tiesto-dallas 4pm into southern sun which was sick then there was the airwave remix of in my memory, well as you can see these tracks alone would have made my night but the others i cant rememeber just blew me away, as always armin never stopped smiling and worked the crowd into frenzy after frenzy, as much as people say hes too commercial i think its a load of , he is truly one of the best djs in the world, as far as the crowd goes as usual its the ty sat. night gino crowd, but there were a lot of hot chicks to make up for it, so that on top of the music made for a wicked night, i have one complaint though and that is what were they thinking taking down the fans and putting them were u can hardly feel them, and only on one side of the club, they need more fans above the dancefloor, armin was constantly wiping himself with a towel it was so damn hot in there, but im sure hes used to packed clubs lol. Well thats enough of my ramblings.

cheers

I HATE THE GUVERNMENT!!!!

It was waaaaaaaaaaaay too crowded, and rediculously hot. Had to leave just after 3 because of the humidity and lack of space.

BTW, is it my imagination or did Armin look like a dork up there? It's like the president of the audio/visual club became a superstar, and doesn't quite know how to act. :D :D :D

Oh, and where were all you guys? I didn't see a single sticker all night!

HAHAHAHAhAHHAHA, way too crowded?!? Wow, you must've been standing in some really really small spot, cause the crowd was perfect at about 3:30 on-wards. There was just enough people there...stop crying or just stop going to clubs...cause yesterday was was as packed as it'll be at any other club.

Mark Oliver spun the best set that night though...I was there from pretty much the beginning of his set, and the way it started off with really chilled out tunes, and moved slowly into some trance, was perfect.

Highlight's of the night was when Oliver spun Solar Stone - Speak in Sympathy, and the best song of the night (which Armin didn't match) was Lustral - Everytime (Katcha's Last Time mix)...GOOD GOD! That song is amazing live!

NO WAY! armin looked SO COOL up there.... it's really good when the dj gets into it. gives the crowd a shot of energy. he's quite a character, i liked him.... who wants to see a dj who just sits there fiddling with records looking bored? i enjoyed his enthusiasm, even though, at times, yes, he did look like a dork. he's got real charisma though...

anyways, it was pretty good. but i dunno, seemed like a lot of filler to me. everyone was complaining about his last set being all anthems. we were lining up outside and heard mark oliver play seven cities, and i thought "crap, now armin might not play it". but he did, and i LOVED his remix of seven cities. omg... it was AWESOME, and the place went nuts. me an some friends tried to start an "A! V! B!" chant... didn't catch on too well though, =P. another thing, anyone who says southern sun is cheese, hasn't heard it in a club. WOW. it was amazing. i went WILD and so did the rest of the crowd, =P.

mark oliver played a really good set when we got there. madagascar, into the night, seven cities, 1998. DAMN. i had to go pee really bad, and i was in the bathroom during 1998... i was SOO mad, haha.

so yeah, it was a pretty good night overall. except my shoes are all dirty, i stepped in the pile of puke in the acid lounge, and i got burned by some moron's cigarette... they should really ban smoking on the dancefloor.

funny thing happened when i got home. it was 6:45, and i realized i had no key, so i slept on my porch and almost froze to death! haha... then my mom comes out to get the newspaper at 8:20, and finds me out on the porch, and she thinks i'm dead, or drugged outta my mind, she's like freaking out, haha...

fun night, =P.

We left at 3:15 because my girlfriend was getting claustrophic and starting to get really upset. I've been clubbing many times, and the guvernment is by far the worst. The ventilation system is pathetic.

Next time we'll have to come at 3AM, when of the losers have cleared out.
