The jays really should consider throwing Doc in there on three days rest with a pitch count. I would rather have Doc on a pitch count out there then any other starter on the team

We play each team 18 times.

So far we've played 1/36 games against our main competition.

Lets see how the series plays out between the Yanks and then the series with the Sox before we start riding our high horse.

When have the Jays ever had a problem with the Yankees or Red Sox? I was always a little more worried when the Jays played the teams. Which they never seemed capable of beating.

As for Doc pitching in the RS series. He has played on the three days many times in the past. Whether or not Cito will play him on three days, i don't know. My guess is No.
Big Boss
The Jays won't pitch Halladay on short rest in May. It makes no sense. This year isn't supposed to be a contending year for the Jays, anyway. It's 2010 that's going to be the big year.

yeah richmond got smoked... he was wild and all over the place, and they were hitting his slider like nothing

on the bright side... boston lost theirs and stay at a full game back, the yanks are still 5 1/2 games back... not a major problem at this time.

let's see what tallet can do tonight
