| what makes Sriracha awesome is the taste, i will agree that it isn't that hot at all. You can eat it straight up without getting all burned up if you aren't too white. |

good . Had this sauce on my celeste pizza tonight. Needed a little help when I slathered it on the last slice. Threw a piece of chesse in my mouth a small water did the trick.
I once tried a firends sauce without knowing the name. I dipped a piece of a bread stick in it and ate the piece. All I know is a sauce is too hot when it burns the outside of your mouth along with the inside. 10 minuutes later after the bathroom hitting my face with water and if I recall a glass or glasses a milk did that trick. Probably a novelty sauce not used for typical meals that a traditional sauce would be used. |

I keep a Sriracha sauce in my backpack at all times as well as a small cayenne pepper shaker. I found I was always saying 'nah I am not going to need it today' and then wanting it and cursing myself for not just bringing it anyway to be prepared. The easiest solution is to just carry one on me at all times no matter what. Parallels to anything else?
So I am pretty hardcore about it. I can't even begin on how many times rednecks have come up to me at restaurants and exclaim "well gee look who brought his own sauce! What kind of sophisticated sauce is that anyway?" |

| Just went to a restaurant the other day and had the best burger I've ever had. It had pepper jack cheese, sliced avocado, jalapenos, and sriracha mayo. Fantastic. |

| I like to mix sriracha 1:1 with ketchup to make a nice dip for fries, tater tots, etc., and i like to put it on my burgers. Fantastic stuff, that sriracha. |

Helmanns mayo + Siriachi sauce = spicy mayo you get at a sushi place. I always ask for it and one day at my house I mixed mayo and poured some of the siriachi sauce with it and it was the exact same orange color/spicy taste. From then on I used it as a condiment to my sandwiches, etc. |

It makes just about everything taste better.
Personally, I love it on pizza (specifically, I've found that it goes incredibly well with buffalo chicken pizza).
Also, anything involving eggs tastes a lot better with the sauce. |

| I combine ranch dressing with sriracha since it's mayo based as well. Sooo good. Goes with anything. |
