Randall's island has no shade, be prepared during the day folks. I wanted to die 2 years ago at a music festival on an extremely hot day. |
I can deal with the heat.
Seriously thinking about it!!! ;) |

given my US visa interview is a success and me wanting to visit NYC anyway, this could be a very big possibility :) |

if you're talking about flights to/from Pearson, I thought the same tariffs apply to both departures and arrivals?

Thats what I said, when I heard the line up for rock the bells, but boy, that NYC heat was gonna give me a heart attack. Also when you go, know where the closest subway station is, and cab area cause we walked 2 kilometres lost in Harlem (i guess the safer area of harlem) til we found a subway station to get us back to our hotel. |

Trust me. I can deal with it. When I see famly "back home" it doesn't drop below 30. Period. Mostly humid too. As for hotels, walking and subway distances etc, I'm pretty sure I can still deal with it...been around Nyc enough to know (Yes even as for north as Harlem). ;) |

LOL!!! that is really funny, considering you cant walk in ANY direction for more than 10 blocks without running into SOME sort of subway!! lol you must have been walking RIGHT next to the subway line, just parallel to it!! :tongue2 whoops!
ps; September has some very cool days, even in the beginning. I am hoping for one of those!! (even more so, I am hoping for no RAIN!!) |
