It's easy to turn the Arpeggiator on: just press down on the "Value" knob and the screen should say "A ARP" on the bottom line. To switch to "Latch" mode, which lets you play a continuously looping arp by just pressing keys once rather than holding them down, press the "Store / Enter" button. You can press the same button switch back to normal Arp mode.
If you want to change the Arp settings, you need to go into Advanced Preset mode. To do that:
1. Press the "Master" button.
2. Use the "Value" knob to scroll until the Menu says "Advanced Preset."
3. Click the "Cursor" button once.
4. Use the "Value" knob to scroll until the bottom line of the menu says "Arpeggiator."
5. Press the "Store / Enter" button.
6. Now you can use the "Value" knob to scroll through the different arpeggiation settings, like the number of octaves, pattern, clock source, clock division (e.g. 1/16, 1/8), and so on.
7. Use the "Cursor" button to select the value in one of the settings, and the "Value" knob to scroll through the available values.
8. Press "Cursor" again once you have the value you want.
9. If you have the Arpeggiator on during this process, you can test out the settings by pressing keys and make sure you have the parameters you want.
Now you can go back into "Preset" mode, scroll through your sounds, and turn the Arpeggiator and Latch on and off as you wish. Have fun.

| Subtle |
| And you can change the tempo of the arpeggiator by turning the modulation knob with the LFO Rate button highlighted, when the arp is activated. :) |

Love it man, love it. Reminds me of all those tracks S&D were throwing down on GU13/19 and on Communicate. Now you've made me rethink my decision to go all software, although the new Arturia Minimoog V 2.0 sounds pretty good for an emulation. |

| can you sync the arp to your host? |

Yes. When you're in the "Advanced: Arpeg" menu, scroll through the options on the bottom line and one of them will say "Clk Src" (clock source). Use the "Value" knob to select "MIDI" and the Arp will be synced to the tempo of your DAW. |

Yeah, that's the kind of stuff I wanted to make originally, when I first started producing. I just gave up after a while because it seemed like I could never quite get the sounds I wanted, but I think now I'm going to be heading back in the direction of making some prog and trance with "old school" feel.
