Hi,

Things are coming together pretty fast, and I feel like it could almost be realistic that the purchase of a home with the assistance of a mortgage could actually happen very soon.

I'm just wondering anyone who has used a mortgage to buy a home, how did the process go for you?

So far I've spoken with some brokers, and the real estate agent is preparing documents to send to close the deal.

How exactly is the best way to close the deal? The agent is likely going to send legal documents with a closing date for the payment. What type of time frame am I looking at for the financer/bank to provide the funds to effect closing via the mortgage once the broker has approved the mortgage?

Just wondering as I'm very blind to this whole process, and *knock on wood, it actually feels pretty solid at this point.

Last week you were gonna buy a motorcycle but you were a lil short on funds. Now your buying a house lol

Did you pick the home outta a book & say "Ill Take It" ??

When i purchased my condo I searched 5 months. Im supposedly closing on a house on monday & its been over a year that I have been looking. Buying a home is a long process & thats not including financing.

Also are you buying a forclosure? If you are.. Good Luck

anyways wanna buy some swamp land in florida?

How are you going to finance the purchase of a house if you don't even have a job?

for real man.

unless you have a steady job with steady income; don't buy a ing house.

its idiots like you that caused the housing market to on itself cause you got a mortgage for a $500,000 house and you can't even afford a 2bedroom apt in the ghetto.

btw, i have two mortgages on two houses. :tongue2

if the bank get one look at your resume there's no ing chance in hell they will lend you the money.

seriously, get a ing job (that's stable and regular). no bank will touch you otherwise.
