| I had fun the first three times that I went, however the lineup the past couple of years has significantly lacked the type of stuff I've been into. Not to mention that this falls so close to Decibel Festival and I'll be working at that all weekend so I'll be tired as by the time this rolls around. |

No I don't and I have no reason to lie
Ask anyone who knows me well enough to know I won't even begin promoting it unless all details are confirmed.
The only artist considered a headliner that I'm even aware of that weekend are The Martinez Brothers, other than that I really don't know.
Anyone else can easily assume a possibility just by looking at artist calendars.
We usually have details launched by Memorial Weekend, all we have is a teaser launched in Mid-June. I'd be more than happy to announce artists if I knew for sure. |

Dude, I always thought the same too, lol. Finding stuff out myself and leaking it is kinda how I got known by the promoters. Would drive themc razy.....they would jokingly confront me over it but in the end we'd get a good laugh and become friends. >:-p
That said, being closer to those promoters has its consequences as I don't wany to cause any issue in case any agency associates me with a promoter (which has happened because of posts I've made right here on TA! One time it was an agency for a megaton DJ who was not happy with me over some posts looooooool!! And they associated me with a promoter/club out there, and no...not necessarily Spundae)....so my days of doing that are largely over unless it's an event with a promoter that I'm obviously not going to be associated with (ie. rival promoters). Other than that, I don't say anything I hear unless I find it somewhere on the web or I get the go-ahead to quietly say something somewhere these days. I haven't seen anythingg on the web as far as DJs playing at LovEvolution and things are pretty tight-lipped ( maybe I should *wink* to throw some people off?...*WINK*) overall compared to last year. What I've personally heard has me stoked though, suppposing it's true. |
