I like moving that arm around with my other hand when it's like that. It's very rare, but usually happens to my arm. |

its fun for a few seconds, then your arm starts to wake up and gets all tingly and that prickley sensation hurts like a bitch! |

The physical effects of a panic attack.
Churning stomach, sweaty prickly sensation everywhere, feeling heat coming in waves, and light-headedness. Doesn't really sound like much but when combined it's really disturbing, to me at least. |
