From an outsiders perspective, by that i mean i haven't a clue who any of the fighters are.. I find UFC 1000x more entertaining to watch than a boxing match.
Yes it's a little more brutal visually. But as was stated a few times i'd much rather watch it than boxing as boxing to me is really just a terrible terrible sport. Way too much head trauma.
Judo and Karate while a little on the boring side for the spectator (if he doesn't know what's going on) I find quite a 'nice' sport to watch.
