went with no expectations. got a good deal for my tix so the whole this-better-be-good-cause-i-paid-a--load-of-money was not an issue. my friend and i told each other: let's pretend this is just another night out in a club and if it sucks we leave. we got there at 11:15pm. exactly when the tegan and sara remix was playing. someone told us he started the night around 10:45pm. we sat in the reds section 119 facing the stage. we had a great view of the bell center, the stage, the people going nuts down there. couldnt careless if i didnt see Tiesto's face. and i have to say it really wasn't that bad in our seats. lots of room. lots of empty seats. security didn't really check whether you changed sections or not. we even made it to the floor at some point when he played Just Be. we made sure to booze it up before hand but still did a round or two of 10$ beers. i agree with everyone else. the music picked up in the last 2 hours. so did the vibe (probably cause by that time people were really inebriated... ahem). my only thing, i felt the music wasn't loud enough. but all in all i had a good time, stayed till the end and i honestly didn't give a about the screens and the lighting. come on, those of you who still go to tiesto's events expecting an epic night are simply just in denial.

From the vids I saw he seemed to play some pretty banging stuff.. |

i was in the gillett loge (3.26) and also backstage but no food, only free booze :toothless the barman was giving us large beer glasses 3/4 vodka 1/4 base with a straw... he was fed up filling up our glasses after 10 minutes lol he got good tip lol
vibe was wicked right in front of the stage. |

if you go check in the new york forum they have the tracklist of each of its 3 nights there.... it pretty much looks like what he played for us....... |
