Really stupid friends

Any of you have that friend that keeps going back to someone that treats them like absolute dirt? Or someone that goes back to an ex that decided to come back into their life after a year of being broken up and then tries to fix things and the guy/girl ends up letting them go again? I have a friend in this situation and it sucks. I love her, she's a great friend but she's a ing moron. When he all of a sudden decided to come back into her life after disappearing for a year I told her to be ing careful because he had already left her once and could do it again. She told me he had to "move mountains" to get back with her. Knowing how she is, I didn't believe her. He comes to visit (he lives 4 hours away) and of course she starts ing him by the first day. Then she tells me he is the one she wants and blah blah blah and I just said ok do what you want. Then this broad goes to his place for 2 weeks and she thinks everything is going to get fixed and he ends up telling her he isn't ready for a relationship. So she ends up walking out of his house and stays at another friends house until the day she was suppose to leave.
She comes back and tells me what happened and in a way I wanted to be like "I ing told you so" but she was already upset so I just kept my mouth shut. Yesterday I hang out with her and she's like "oh he's coming for my birthday" and I told her I am not going to be nice to that ing douche bag and asked her why he was even coming in the first place and she said because he wanted to and she told me "I don't tell you how to run your life" and I seriously think this moron is willing to take him back in the blink of an eye. I shouldn't care what happens or what she does but every time they break up or something she comes to me and cries for hours and her being a good friend it hurts me seeing her like that. Should I just tell her to off? Like I said, she's a great friend and it pisses me off knowing this guy is just doing whatever he wants with her but she's ing asking for it. I understand she loves him but wtf it's making her blind as hell. |

| One of my best friends broke up with his girlfriend more often than the Mayans have been misquoted in the last couple of years. I don't even think I care any more :p |

Her picks are usually crappy guys. I wish just for ONCE she'd find someone that'd be great to her. Her ex before that guy was ing horrible to her and would insult her all the time and made her cry all the time and though they would break up she'd always take him back because she was lonely. I really don't know what to tell her anymore. Oh and she can't have buddies because after ing them she gets ATTACHED. It's one problem after the other. |
