Just beef (for pot roast), beef stock, wine, salt, pepper, tomatoes, onnions, garlic, potatoes, carrots adn thyme.
Will all that make a quasi pot roast? I dont have a pressure cooker so its just in the oven covered with aluminum foil. I hope i am not making anything weird :/ |

I want to take it to work tomorrow.....
maybe that and some rice..... i am kinda tired of buying junk food, farmers market food, soups and sandwhiches. Though id change it up.
