my only deal with the second one is that I can buy the condo and pay thatmuch as a mortgage. But I dont want to waste my goose egg on a condo. horrible investment.

I had plans for me goose egg.

yeah, i only made that selection on looks. if i was paying for it i'd choose the first one. currently living in a dive myself so i can afford the mortgages and maybe one more early next year.

the second one is at parklawn. I like the area. close to my neighbourhood.

but i think the first is the best for my $$. I'm going to check it out tomm

Yea Lakeshore and Parklawn. My old stompin ground. How close is it to your neighbourhood? Roncesvalles isn't that much further from Parklawn. The only problem is that it doesn't have a highway ramp anywhere near it.

#1 although it will all depend once you actually see the place. also doesn't look small.

So that's expensive over there for that? Bloody hell, you people should never move to Sydney then. You couldn't rent a bucket for $1600 a month :nervous:

Thats crazy, but I mean, Sydney is a pretty pimp city to live in compared to Toronto. You guys have oceans surrounding you, you can surf all day and then get eaten by a sharks within a couple kilometres from your own house...thats pretty cool to boast. Our lake is filled with toxic pollutants and water that smells like rotten c unt in the summer. I expect Sydney to be more expensive then Toronto.
wienerschnitzel
doesn't the first one have a roommate included with the place? random roomates can be pretty dodgy imo. if there is no roommate then get the cheaper one until you're ready to buy your house, (you're right about investing in condo's) good luck!

eric i thought you were sorry and all that and you felt bad and were gonna leave me alone?

what happened? did you just wake up one day and say nevermind? or are you just mad that i never took you off block on msn like i said i would?

Lol true about everyone showin up.

Btw this thread wasn't about you. All I meant was that I made 2 threads about my personal life in a few days. Thought it was a bit excessive for me to do.

And I'm going to check out the first place tonight. I may not get it but gives me an idea of what rents are like in the area
