He's been here for a long time, just cause someone doesn't always post, doesn't mean they are not here or not part of the community. I don't post much but, I still read most threads everyday and have a good feel for who everyone is. You don't always have to make yourself look like an ass, you could try to sit back and learn from many of these guys, most of em are pretty smart. :D |

well it seems people look at making tunes in very differnt view points.making good tracks with no real concern as to how or where the sounds came form just as long as its a track thats finshed.
seems to be the top agenda sound design and making your work your own is a much less of importance. |

i agree lot of smart people here thats for sure, and smart in areas besides music too.
at the end of the day there are multiple means to an end and many paths to choose from, and i would agree, that I would get more satisfaction if if i made every single sound in my production, but that doesnt mean i will go that far to create a/the track. As ultimately the sounds we would seek to create in most cases, would be so subtle in variation to a greater or lesser extent due to the nature of genre we seek to re create anyways. |
