Amazing lineup :eyespop: Got VIP for this. Have to have a place to escape the kiddies for any massive at the Sports Arena.

Good thing kiddies (who make up ~50% of the crowd) can't afford the extra ~$50-60 :P

Armin & Steve Lawler would be awesome to see.. Probably will attend this. VIP does sound like the way to go.

I dont want to drop the cash for VIP but it looks like ill have to. 150k this year isnt going to be a good time. I dont like standing in a sardine can next to sweaty douchebags!
manatsu
I got my VIP tix the day they got off the press! Totally ready!!!

Since I live in downtown, zero worries about driving etc. Another 30 days more to go :(

Nocturnal and EDC are (for the most part) outdoors with a decent amount of space to move around. Although most of the field level of the Coliseum got very crowded on Day 2 of EDC, there was still a lot of room in the stands, in the rear of the field level, and in the surrounding stages.

I believe that the main stage of MM will be in the LA Sports Arena, which can get very crowded and warm. Wear comfy and breathable clothing. Since it is on Halloween, many people will be in costumes. Expect a similar age distribution as Nocturnal and EDC.

Here is a video from last year.
MM 2008

Toward 1am, the whole place is a giant fire hazard. If something goes wrong and people panic, I would guess dozens (at least) would be trampled to death. Still, I'm going. :P

Certainly one of the best line-up in the West Coast, collectively, has ever seen, if I could say so.

avb's first massive in so.cal since TAO, you know he's going to make it very special.

i'll be at halloween for vegas this year so i'm unfortunately, or fortunately going to miss it, depends how you look at it.

but i'm going to see armin in vegas at 10 days so it's not that bad. :D

I hope armin isn't closing Monster, I hate the traffic with a passion.

I usually arrive at massives around 4pm at the latest. This year, I may have to leave later in the day. I'm a bit over an hours drive away.. If I leave at 9pm, what time would you estimate I'd actually enter the event after all is said and done (traffic @ the exit, getting parking, waiting in line, etc.)?
