wow you're stupid. if DJs don't attact crowds, they are commercially unfavorable, hence - not DJs anymore. , it's 2009 already. wake the up! to the club owner, DJs are in the same position as good bartenders and security
if you want to play your uber-underground ID ID ID tunes, go back to your basement and play them for your friends. but don't complain that superstar DJs (whores) like AvB and PvD took your place in the DJMag poll or the big festivals

Don't think so, explain why he's no 1 if everyone here hates him that much? Or Armin haters didn't vote?
Bet many Armin fans just are quiet.

I actually don't hate Armin as it goes - obviously he has got loads of fans. I was just making the point that you don't have to love Armins music to appreciate that this is a good video with some useful tips

Ya it really doesn't take but a second to find a cue point you want so I really don't see pre-programming it as a necessity.

At the start of a track sure, but not in a random spot in the middle of the track, and then for multiple tracks. Saved cue points are useful so there's no reason not to use them if you do want to use them.

Also when you are at the level of Avb, playing every night to millions of fans, the pressure to play new tracks and sets every single night is immense. And its not easy to remember good part of each and every track when one has been playing for like a centuary now with millions of different tracks.

A million is a lot bigger than you think.
And he uses the same tracks on every set. I doubt it's that hard.

Why would you NOT want your cue points saved?? There is no reason not to. If I could snap my fingers and have all my cue points saved, I would do it in a heart beat. Cueing is probably the worst part about djing and if you can save time and be organized, why not do it?
