The only redeeming qualities of the N900 is the fact that it is full on Linux and the storage capacity that is built in. The HTC Leo aka HTC HD2 is the most badass phone to date. 1ghz cpu and 488MB of ram. Put Maemo 5 on there or Android and

I have a Blackberry Storm and I like it alot. I won't say i LOVE it, but sure as hell like alot better than an iPhone, as a phone. I do love the ipod touch though.

That said, there is no way i would waste my money on a Blackberry Storm 2. The 5.0 operating system is really good, but the OS is the same for both Storm 1 and 2. While the typing on the screen is great and i don't see pressing on the screen as an issue (actually i like it alot) i need a qwerty keyboard.

That said, i just pre-ordered the Motorola Droid. The specs are amazing.

Buyer tip!::: If you plan to buy the droid, pre-order from best buy for a number of reasons.

1. You can pre-order
2. Verzion store $100 mail-in rebate is Instant at bestbuy
3. They give you a $50 gift card that you can apply to the droid.

i used to have one until it broke.
its kind of annoying when you talk on the phone and your ear touches the screen and changes plenty of settings :sadgreen:

This is no longer an issue in the current crop of touchscreen phones. For instance, my phone has a proximity sensor that turns the screen totally off when your on the phone. This is standard on most HTC devices from the last 1-2 years.

i only had that problem with the very first software version of my Blackberry Storm. After that, it has never been an issue.

Motorola has sucked for a long while. I would avoid them like the plague. Although their new Sholes (Droid) that is about to launch on Verizon is nice and promising. We will see though.

it's slow and lags (yes i have the memory chip) and i dont like the half touch screen, half not touch screen. it's retarded and im over it. horrible quality pictures too.

Aware of that, but it is not only not currently available, but it is also only limited to Android 2.0 to boot when it is released.
