| So Now I am fixing to go visit her and we are going to plan for a plane ride to Hawaii for a 10 day backpacking trip. Jan 8-18th on the Big Island Woohooo; just gotta find some cheap ass plane tickets which I will be going to go do shortly. |

Firstly, Nou's messed up in the past but, though he was punished at the time for his despicable behaviour at the time, he's behaving well. However, there's no point in calling him "a ing douche" now. He was free to do what he wanted back then, and faced the consequences. He's free to do otherwise now, and I can't remember of the last time someone had to scold/threaten him for stepping out of line. Boris can't even be crucified for doing something of that sort, and you can barely call him a douchebag (he's more like a "garden sprinkler", if that).
But, you're criticising them for finding pubescent kids attractive?
If, and only if, they prey on the young and violate a kid without any consent from her/him/the parents, then it's more than all right to criticise this action and punish them for that. And, if they ever claim to think of maiming and injuring a kid, then you've got some reason for concern. Otherwise, it's none of our business.

Social norms do have rationales behind them as well, but an unsound rationale doesn't make a social norm any more valid than a personal belief without a sound reasoning behind it. |
