I'm all for women having equal rights, in fact I'm one of the biggest supporters of equality. What I don't like nor appreciate is women that demand the same amount of pay for less work with the excuse that the female body isn't designed for as much physical labour. Well, that form of feminist bull won't cut it. If you demand equality, then do the same amount of work and don't bitch and moan about it.
God damn I hate feminists. False racism activists too. Religious zealots. Over the top atheists. Greeny, hippy wankers. Probably more too.
All the type of people that give everyone else a bad name.
As for Oprah, I like her. I don't like the fact that she has so much power over so many people but at least she tries to do good things most of the time. |

i'm not an extreme feminist either and they annoy me.
i get particularly annoyed when some woman tries to push the limits and join an all male country club or something just to prove a point and gets on the local news about it. it's like let the men have their own little club who gives a lol go start your own or something.
and yea oprah is pretty f'n cool. she gives her entire audience a brand new car sometimes. i think that's cool as . despite being worth a couple of billion dollars, she seems pretty damn grounded and generous to me and that's highly admirable to me. |

oh come now :p you're not REALLY trying to say you've fought for equal rights now are you?
if oprah was a real feminist her show wouldn't be such a reinforcement of traditional gender divides. conservatism and feminism (imo) do not mix particularly well. |

you have no ing clue what you are talking about. you might as well be trying to explain to a black person what it's like to be black. it is a struggle every day in this world still for women. just like it is for blacks no matter how long ago THAT was. you guys are still constantly trying to remind us that we're dumber, weaker, and NOT equal to men whether it's by a joke, or a sarcastic comment, or for real by just straight up being a chauvanist pig in the locker room with your buddies lol
at least admit that you really don't know what it's like to be a female in a very male dominated world. don't dismiss it like it's nothing or nonexistant. you're dead wrong. |
