She does that tick tick ticky thing using the tip of her tongue that makes N, T, D sounds click awkwardly. This always makes people sound like they are trying to be soft-spoken when, in fact, they are not.
People who talk softly like that... I just want to punch them in the face and tell them to speak up

Maybe it's just her accent and she can't help it? She is Danish judging from her other videos.
