I wonder if there's anybody around who might have heard of, been on or even had a wedding where the musical focus lay on electronic dance music. :)

You know like:
Wedding ceremony and afterwards a "little" Open Air. :D

All the girls reach for the lasers while trying to catch the bouquet at the same time.

this topic comes around way too often.

If that's really what you're into, why wouldn't you just get married at a proper event. I've seen that before.

Having EDM music playing doesn't always mean rave. I could see a nice set of PROFF/Dinka or any progressive style being completley appropriate. It's a great idea IMO
You should let me DJ, it'll be my treat. :)

:D Well, it's just a play of thoughts as of now, though my fiancee would definately like it. ;)

lol at people trying to tell you what to do at your OWN wedding. It's a day for both of you, and it should include whatever YOU two want.
My offer will be on the table!
DJSoulstone
actually it's a fantasy of both of us, but not more yet :D

It's quite a travel from Texas to Germany isn't it? :)

:D We'll see about that when the time of planning comes. Would be fun I think. :D Some late 90s Prog would definately be a good start. :D

Hey man, maybe he and his woman are ravers and the only music they listen to is EDM. However, I'm with you, I wouldn't want to be reaching for the lasers while my grandparents and parents and everyone who is important in mine and my girlfriend's life is in the same room.
