When I listen to good music stoned, it stays better even when I sober up. You notice the different layers in EDM building/breaking down/etc. & if it's something profound you'll remember it, unlike 95% of the things you come up with when you're stoned.

When you're high things slow down slightly at least for me... like a slight slow motion. Well in the least I'm far more perceptive and notice things far more. Alcohol does the opposite and time and things just fly by. This may explain why music sounds more amazing as I'm able to enjoy more of it in the same span of time... if that makes any sense...

Have you tried switching to indica? Indica will usually calm anxiety and relax all your muscles. Sativa, on the other hand, can make you paranoid if you have been smoking it for awhile or have too much.

I never did drugs in clubs or in my whole life for that matter. The things you mention like 'paying attention to every detail' is what I do all the time in a club.
I'll go mental and jump all over the place because I heard that little sample that makes you go like 'I know this track and I know it's awesome' and then boom, I go nuts while everyone is like 'huh?'
Bouncing to the beat all the time, lip singing the lyrics when I know them and showing exaggerated happiness when a good groove is being played.
I met some people who didn't believe me when I told them I wasn't high or anything:stongue: and especially that girl I wanted to go out with got pissed at me because she thought I was lying to her:toothless .
All of this to say that's if it's in you, you don't need the drugs.
