| The problem with home inspectors is that anyone can be one, it's not regulated in Ontario. There are courses that you can take at some Colleges, but they are costly and time consuming, so most wannabe inspectors, just do it on the fly, trial and error, they learn as they go, and unfortunately some people get screwed by them. I guess you really have to do your research when getting a home inspector, because you don't who your getting. There are lot of things to consider during a home inspection, electrical, heating, a/c, foundation, etc, etc. At least they got some help to fix it, i'd be pissed at the inspector, and have him charged. |

God I love Mike......The show was cut to a half an hour in the US. Well in Columbus anyways. And it was rarely on. Im so glad to be back in TO.
