This is so brutal. I honestly loathe Rogers and what they've done to CityTV

you're right, I stand corrected. EC was canceled in 2003 and under ChumCity management which is now controlled by CTV. I believe Rogers killed some other CityTV programming which was identifiable with Toronto like Ed the Sock, etc.

the whoopty doo isnt just about this round of changes. CityTV used to be a unique and fun channel to watch.

The open concept studio space at 299 Queen St West
Thats just to name a few... and now the uncerimonial dismissal of some of the people who devoted their lives (since the 80s!!) to this channel and helped give it its flavour.
