The first year we had absolutely no restrictions at all...i know last year ended up being good for the people that had the bands, but at the time when i contemplated buying the band, i had a bad feeling it might get messy or oversold and end up a nightmare...so I'd rather skip it.
They ended up switching a ton of parties last year to Space group clubs so the band really ended up way worth it last year...I don't think they thought it through enough for what they charged...so you guys got really lucky!
If Opium group would start rolling out a band with open bar, Space wouldn't stand a chance... |

BTW, they just released a GOLD band for $550... No open bar and no vip access, lol. They always do this .

this one makes more sense than the Platinum band that had no open bar and is now sold out...
See another reason the first year was better---there was ONE BAND, that was it, it was completely exclusive, you could go anywhere, any bar, any area, anytime...none of this different level that they release whenever they feel like as the other ones sell out...
i bet people who wasted money on the Platinum band are pissed now b/c theres absolutely no difference btwn the Gold and the Platinum other than special "VIP" areas....during WMC who really wants to be in these VIP areas? the party is on the floor.
Wonder how many more bands they're gonna roll out...including that one from last year that was like $10,000 haha |

| Maybe if space had some compatition it wouldn't have been like this. I'm sure those 200 people used and abused those bands last year, combined with no competition and greed and you have $1100 for the black band. |
