| Deadmau5 is the closer this year. Very strange... I wonder what happened? I know Ferry refuses to play Ultra anymore, but I didn't hear anything about Paul being displeased with UMF. |

Ferry displeased? Damn didnt know. I know oakie should be with the problems they had when he was on.
Ultra needs to step it up in general. Better production big time. This compared to DanceValley is a joke. |

When I talked to Ferry last he said he won't play Ultra anymore. Oakie was at Ultra Carry On last year but wasn't doing anything besides hanging around. I wasn't on the Main Stage when Paul closed, I was over on the stage with BT watching him, so if something happened I must of missed it.
Speaking of, I'm not surprised BT isn't in the line-up. He was pissed last year at Ultra and for good reason, he almost didn't play on Saturday. I wonder if they gave Joel closing because of what happened last year. |

Yea forgot about BT. That was total crap what they did to him last year. Cutting him off like that was so unprofessional.
And yea when oakie performed at Ultra 2 or so years ago so many glitches it was sad and it wasnt his fault.
Sucks ferry wont be there or PVD this time around.
If only ID&T took over this event and actually made it worth while.
If only...
Wonder if they can at least save this event somewhat with a solid phase 2. Hopefully they step it up with stage design (actually create bad ass stages like dancevalley), as well as improve the lighting and sound. Only real hit with production is carl cox tent. |
