No it doesn't you tool! Indian means Indian. Asian can include Thai, Vietnamese, Singapore, Chinese, Japanese etc.

I will grant you that it can also include Indian, but saying Asian means Indian is just plain wrong.

Most Asians in the UK are Indian, Pakistani or similar so many people here just associate Asian with that. That said, it always pisses me off when people use Asian as an adjective. She looks like she's from the largest and most populous continent on Earth, you say? How informative.
