I'm also ready for the spring too.
I'm sick of this changing weather...one day it's a little nice out and the next it's freezing...I haven't been able to drop this sinus headache/congestion thing for a couple weeks now. |

I used to love the snow, and snowboarding. I just love summer now i guess because i took up surfing, and i love to ride my GSX-R on late summer nights and on the weekends. Theres nothing better than opening up full throttle on the LIE with a few friends, and cruising down to the beaches. This is making me sad now :( |

i prefer a nice 26 foot boat out on the south side with 3 topless chicks sunbathing while I'm fishing and drinking beer and blazing trees...as I said, there's a time for everything so until then I'll enjoy my board, the snow, and the outdoor hot tubs while it snows on me |

| It's not the snow that I mind, it's the large swaths of uneven ice sheaths covering the sidewalks and curbs. This stuff melts a bit in the day and then freezes solid again at night. |

Bumping the snow thread.
Heard something about snow on Thursday & up to 70 mile per hour winds on Friday.
They are calling it a snow hurricane.
What would happen to someone hit with a 70 mph wind gust? Would they topple? :wtf: |

I've sat atop killington in -45F with a 55mph wind, felt like an ice block hitting any exposed skin, not fun |

| I hope work gets closed again but it's unlikely. This morning the radio announcer said it might start tonight and then almost be gone and will then loop back around through Friday. Allegedly it's already snowing North of the city. |
