Yeah.. cant stand the smell of cigs or people who smoke at all now..I kinda look down at them for smoking.
Wished I realised how awful it smells after smoking for 6 years. You dont think u smell bad when you're smoking.. which is weird. |

Trying to quit myself. Stopped smoking weed and now I'm trying to stop smoking cigarettes. Cold turkey I believe is the bet way. Been smoking ciggs for 5 years and up to a pack a day sometimes. It's bad for my health and I really wanna stop.
For example, cigarettes make me tired because they lower the amount of oxygen circulating in the blood. For the same reason I think is why I'm so ing cold all the time. Also, it's gotten expensive and I'll save like 40-50 bucks a week this way.
I want to be healthy again. I mean I eat very well and I'm not carrying more than 5-10 extra pounds of fat on me. It's just that I wanna get back in the gym, breathe better and just be a very healthy person. I certainly don't want to be afflicted by any serious illnesses when I'm older, either.
Wish me luck fellas. So far not smoking weed has been a lot easier than I though it'd be so hopefully I can have the same success with tobacco. |
