Plenty of professional footballers have come back from cruciate ligament injuries. Michael Owen, for example.

well eric is no michael owen. it takes a whole training team to properly come back. i highly doubt he has that kind of cash

i'm sure there's a nice co-ed team that plays on wednesdays that he can join in a few months

had my knee tore up playing basketball. had the surgery done and i think i retore the ACL again. i'm still snowboarding and running but i need to go under the knife again. not much you can do until you see the doc, just don't put weight on it.

The cure: Go out to the field where you injured it, stab it with a knife and try to bend it like beckham.

How is the torn ACL affecting your masturbation?

sorry to hear eric, that's a serious injury i hope you a speedy recovery. my ex has had that surgery and she still doesn't snowboard 100%. it's been about 2 years now since and she has trouble taking big jumps or running for long durations. she still s like a horse though, thought you'd appreciate that note.

get yourself an IT band and take the PT sessions long and slow. you don't want to get to the point where you won't walk/run the same so build it up right and take your time with it. practice some good supplement diets and hope for the best.

good luck man, tough injury to have especially early on in life.

godspeed
EricB.
Well I still need to see the orthopedic surgeon. I'm just going by what some doc at a hospital thought. They need to put the scope in my knee first

He doesn't have to give up hope just yet; my girlfriend from my college days played on the university's soccer team and tore each ACL once over the course of 3 years, and this was after she already tore one of them before in high school. Rehab was long and difficult, and for a couple of years afterwards she nervously tested it... but she's been playing on a pretty competitive club team now for the last 6 years or so with no more injuries (but complains like about stiffness and pain when it rains). I think she's stupid for doing so, but she loves to play. Whatever I guess.

its ok for girls, they all look like they're playing with a torn ACL anyway.

bad news went to the surgeon today. He said for sure my MCL is torn and I have a possible triad. which means ACL torn, MCL torn, and meniscus torn. i have to wait for an MRI.

damn boy that's a tough one.

at first i read MCL and thought only that and know that MCL is much easier to rehab then ACL. But a triad is serious and you'll definitely need that MRI. Good luck bro, find some sitting hobbies maybe take up crocheting or some
