So i got accused of stealing or something and suspended from work? (pg. 2)

I thinking that taking them to an employment tribunal but i guess ill wait to see what they have to say.
TBH i havent even had the letter yet what if i did something that i am unaware of? not like stealing but just made a massive error or something without knowing and this just made the situation come to a head.
I dont know but thats what i hate! not knowing. |

If you'd made a massive error without knowing, they'd bollock you for that. They wouldn't wait for an innocuous incident as an excuse to sack you. |

| I know a guy who was an airline attendant and got fired recently for taking a tip (against policy) and giving away a drink. The company interpreted it as stealing, and I see their point. Like I said, he was fired for this incident, but he's kind of shady, and my friends suspect this was just an opportunity for the company to get rid of him because of other issues. |
