Yesterday I ate kind of bad & was gonna do some extra cardio but did a extra clen instead.
I'm looking GOOD!
Oh yeah and this isn't my WMC diet either! |

Mr. Fist Pump will most likely be next to me at many of these events quite possible shirtless as well. All the while I call out those hot chicks with douchebags in the audience.

i usually drink olive oil instead of water when iam doing cardio
it gives my skin that extra glow when i get a tan:toothless
i think the most funniest gweedo working out thing i ever saw tho was
2 gweedos were haveing a push-up contest on the dirt road outside of neptunes, i guess they were that dedicated to look bigger :haha: |

Mondays: Masters swimming (80min)
Tuesdays: Circuit weights (90min)
Wednesdays: Masters swimming (80min)
Thursday: 5-6mile run
Fridays Off
Saturdays Usually Off
Sundays: 30-40 mile ride, sometimes do swim/ride/run or ride/run/ride/run.
Some times this schedule gets over turned in favor of some single-arm bicep-curls though and its beginning to show a bit lol. I have to get in the best shape possible prior to WMC. Not because of WMC but i have my first triathlon race of the year the first weekend of May. With the amount of damage Im going to do in Miami, I have to compensate! 4 weeks is not much time to get everything out of my system. But screw it, WMC is worth it every time!
Being broke as hell while trying to save for WMC helps eliminate any bad eating habits too. Cant afford the junk food! |

Don't you feel like WMC is a good training for any Marathon??
I just get off of the gym and I did as many squats as possible to keep dancing for the whole day & nite !!:whip: |
