That is just my opinion of course. That Nothing remix is very polished, and very straight forward, and it is driving and club friendly, but none of its ideas are particularly interesting to me. :conf:
I understand what you're saying. It's more club friendly, but I love that kinda undulating beat it has. I guess when I heard it on Saturday night, it had a big effect on me, because of my love for Holden.
The song you posted above didn't do anything for me. It was kinda boring (imo), like background music. :sadgreen:

I just listened to it again (skimmed through it the first time).
It's not that bad of a track. It's actually kinda pretty. Just not "wow" for me.

Yeah but in this age there are other mixers/controllers who could use / demand on contract to let him continue to use ableton.

Maybe he's gone CDJ because he has ended relations with Ableton, and doesnt see the need to keep waving their flag around. Or maybe he is sick of laptop DJing and sees the CDJ2000 as the piece of kit to move him back to CDs + something lucrative from Pioneer to push the CDJs. Or maybe its a combination of both?
