Dunno if this is on the iPhone version or not, but after it finds a song it saves under "My Tags". From there, there's an option to search YouTube and AmazonMP3s :D

definitely a crazy app, i have it on my HTC magic.. picks up nearly everything except the newest stuff... i have no idea how the hell it works, but it's brilliant!

So no, no need to use a bad phone just to use this piece of software :p There are very few tunes it cannot id, even if you use it in terrible conditions (middle of a party, recording of a party made on a mobile phone camera).

The last song it coudnt id for me was this

My precious

kadomony
so it works even if the track is pitched up or down?

i have it on my htc hero.. and it even managed to distinguish between new order - confusion [pump panel reconstruction] , public domain - operation blade, AND warp brothers - phat bass... which incase you dont know, ALL sample the bloody disco scene from blade.

quite impressive
leph555
But will it recognize the track you whistle?

It does...perhaps not if you pitch the track into extremes, dont know about that, but it can usually recognise the tracks from a mix.

ditto. no need to get an iphone just for this app. it's available on all major market phones i believe.
