I always trip when I see where you're from because I live close to Mexico and actually been to Kitchener, Ontario and spent 2 weeks.. it's a small kinda remote place considering cities it's near so in a random way it's like 6 degrees of seperation. |

Ok, so I live in an apartment building and we have a shared laundry room for the entire building. Anyway, so I was doing laundry (specifcally my unmentionables), and I am really good with timing when they are going to be done so I can move them into the dryer.
Anyway, so I got side-tracked with homework and missed the finishing time by maybe 5, max 10 minutes. I go down, and some took my clothes out of the washing machine and threw them into a dryer.
This bugged me for multiple reasons. 1. Clothes (especially my unmentionables) have the tendency of sticking to the top of the machine (front facing washers), which I have to pull off. I am now unsure if I got all of my laundry. 2. Some creepo touched my thongs and bras, and I really don't like that. 3. Clothes ALWAYS drop onto the floor between washer to dryer, and yes, I am OCD when it comes to that , and I like to make sure I flap it out really well. 4. I think it's just plain ing rude. Don't touch my with your grubby hands. I have allergies to pets, and I have no idea whether you've been touching pets, or some other dirty ass thing. Get your gross ass hands off my clean clothes.
I was fuming when I came down and saw this and wanted to just find the bugger and yell at him. Wait your ing turn, or don't wait until 10 o'clock on a Sunday night to do your laundry such that it is so ing urgent you have to be a prick.
To me, touching my thongs/bras etc. is an invasion of my privacy; just like I wouldn't like someone going into my underwear drawer.
Anyway, is anyone else like this?
Also, what other things that you would think are just common courtesy things do other people do that bug you?

You think that is creepy I found a pair of womens underware in the middle of a park next to a broken jewelry box. Missing a pair of black underwear by chance.
I left them where they were found but I didn't bother contacting the police as they didn't respond too fast to the reported laptop... so I felt reporting this stuff to police is just a pain in the ass for them.
It'd take a really stupid criminal to leave evidence of a crime in clear view anyway. |

The saga continues. The dick monkey took my clothes out of the dryer (before the dryer was finished!!!) Now I have a pile of damp clothes and I don't know who did it.
*GRRR*
LOL @ the responses. So much hate, all for me :) |
Maybe you should study with your laundry... |

Funny story so I went out for a 2 hour jog/run and when I got back what do I see a police car with flashing blue lights parked in front of my place. But this appeared to be a pull over for what I can guess must have been speeding as the younger guy looked like a teen or early 20's was rummaging around for his papers it seemed... it was only the second cop car I saw tonight, but I didn't expect to see it. Nothing came from it though but it took about 5 or 10 minutes for them both to drive away.
I'm zonked perhaps my last post today. |

I honestly would prefer to bag my own stuff. I have to carry my out to the car, and then about a block worth of walking from the car to my actual apartment. It isn't a lot of walking, but it's long enough that if they bagged stuff poorly, it has enough time for it to break or ruin .
I had one idiot put cans on top of a carton of eggs and actually broke the 3 eggs on the corner. Luckily I caught it before we walked out and I got another carton. But seriously, who does stupid things like that? It seems like they just put in as it comes with no thought as to what's being put in.
Even though my BF thinks it's kinda rude of me, I will often re-bag it right there in front of them, as they hand me the bags. I will just grab another bag and sort it out in a logical manner.
I've had leaky chicken packages in the same bag as fresh greens, dish soap in a bag with muffins, cans on top of eggs, bread under other heavy things, 30 things in one bag. Seriously, save yourself the money and stop hiring baggers and let me just do it! |
Hi again I strongly recommend you try a "reusable bag"
There are lots of these they are way stronger than plastic bags and they can be reused. You can bring your own, and load stuff right in or just put the platic bags into the reusable bags.

RONA has pretty solid bags. |

Although I like the whole 'save the planet' thing, I know for a fact that I will NEVER remember to bring the bags back to the vehicle so they will actually get re-used.
The plastic bags we get double as our garbage bags (we don't buy garbage bags). So they get re-used. |
