This guy is a congressman in a ghetto/hick area in the south. He is not trying to run for president & if he did most democrats wouldn't vote for him.

yeah, seems to me the journalists are being ing dumbasses..so was the congressman when answered, "i don't know" to the constitution question..but in general, he does have a point..the other brought on ty arguments..who really does care how long it takes the bill to be read, how does that affect them?
