Are we missing the point here? Are you saying courts are assuming Glowsticks at a gig means there were drugs present?

Or that they get traces of drugs off of the glowstick to use as evidence?

Perhaps he's trying to say they hide drugs in glow sticks?

Also, I did read somewhere that someone threw a glow stick at Tiesto at some gig (kind've reminds me of the Iraq show thrower at Bush, which kinda reminds me Tiesto is like George Bush in a way), that's probably why he wants them banned but instead of wanting everyone to know that he's trying to palm it off as being "cheesy"
