The glowsticks in court thing is pretty funny. There is no way that could ever win in court unless the person refuses a lawer and defends himself. No club owner is stupid enough to be their own defense.
Tiesto is most probably saying this bull because his new gangster friends are telling him its not cool to have glowsticks. He already forgot that all these people with glowsticks where the majority of his fans back when he was not as famous. He is as pure as a sellout gets. |

I'm gonna have to side with Tiesto on this.
I loved that Miami banned all "drug paraphernalia" cuz when I moved to NY and went to my first club.. I literally criiiiied because the crowd was disgusting.
Don't believe me?
Here is pictures from ASOT 450 in NY. Glow sticks were allowed day 1 but on day 2 i saw them being taken away. I was also laughing at how much candy the security guards had up in the front. Looked like Halloween.
