I know most of these Viet restaurants are cheap but these two are pretty good and different and they are not in Laval ;-) |

Smokehouse/Sandwiches: Bofinger - Awesome ribs and great variety of sandwiches
Shawarma: Boustan - best Lebanese on the island
Greek: Marathon (Laval) - best gyro in Montreal, haven't tried Tripoli yet
Pizza/Italian: Elio's - AWESOME family owned italian resto, the place itself looks like a grandma's house, old and nothing fancy, but amazing food for cheap. |

It's good, just not 'wait in line for 2 hours' good. Sometimes it honestly melts in your mouth, sometimes its meh. I just hate the service there, they're all ing pricks cuz they know they don't have to be polite cuz they're world famous.
Once I was with a chick, sitting down eating, and she asked the waiter if they had mayo for her fries, he rolled his eyes like what is this girl a retard, and said "NO!?!!?" I wanted to deck him right in his jew mouth. |
